Accompanied by my son Jurriaan we started our journey on January 12 in Comodoro Rivadavia, a patrol booming place on the Atlantic coast. Equipped with good tracking gear, camping gear and a sturdy 4×4 we drove to El Bolson on the 42nd alt. close to the Andes mountain ranges. From El Bolson we drove in a southern direction along and over the Andes to El Calafate on the 52nd alt. passing through Argentina and Chile’s Patagonia. Than from El Calafate we went straight East North East back to the Atlantic cost. We finished our journey after 6000 kilometers of driving, many tracks and camp sites on February 20th in Commodoro Rivadavia.
